Brittany Drake
Brittany Drake is a wife, mom, pet lover, family woman, and writer in Chicago, Illinois.
She started Mom Homie 10 months after welcoming her first and currently only child, Savannah, after feeling lonely about the lack of co-workers and adapting to motherhood. Her gut told her she was not the only one beginning her mission to support the work-from-home-mom (WFHM).
Mom Homie advocates Moms who want to balance their careers with their little ones in the mix and normalize co-working with kiddos in hopes of connecting with and growing a community of other WFHMs, WFHMs who freelance, and Stay-at-home-moms (because they definitely work, too!)
While being a working mom is not easy in any regard, Mom Homie sheds light based on Brittany's experience and offers tips so moms and future moms who aspire to WFH with their children feel supported in their work-home environment despite having to manage their time, projects, and more.
